PRESERVING BODY IMUN

Most of us must have known the slogan said that 'we are what we eat'. Living today, we always faced with unfriendly weather, pollution, busy living, medicines, and we often missing sport activity, increasing treat to our health.

To preserving body imun better, we need proper nutrition, and balance like vitamins, folat acid, and zinc.

Here are some easy tips to do:

  • Drink enough water in one day
  • Plant more trees around the house, can make the air you breath fresh
  • Enough rest
  • Avoid stress
  • Balance diet
