SWEAT HEALTH

In a tropical country, sweat is not always health. Too much sweat will make your body feel uncomfort, even feel ill.

Sweat also can lead to penumonia that also can be a trigger dan a cause of death of measles and influenza, especially in children. We can avoid this desease if the function of our body does not disturbed. This function, a job that done by cells in respiration system. Every cell has about 200 cilia (a very tiny hair) that produce a liquid. That cilia moves 10 – 20 times per second non stop, moving the liquid 1 cm per minutes to the throat.

Normally, the dust, microbes, fumes, and the other things will stick to the liquid, and be cleaned from the respiration system. Besides that, the liquid also keeping the channel of respiration wet.

If there is too much sweat, the liquid will be dry and sticky, so it can’t flow out and will block the respiration channel, so the bacteria will grow up there.

One solution for this problem is to reduce the sweat. In a non-AC room, the window has to be open widely so the fresh air will blow in. Avoid smoke also is a wise way to do.
